I think the Organisers should be....
Underwood
Noonster
Rob
No offence lenni...... but you dont own a corsa - NOTHING PERSONAL!!!!
Underwood - been doing lots lately trying to organise meets and convoys.
Me (noonster19) - Already organised 2meets in driffield, one included 13corsa's. Organised the convoy to Rother Valley (7corsas, 1pug). Also trying to organise convoy with underwood to santa pod.
Rob - <----- enough said
So who agrees?? - Lets try and sort this out by the end of the month, get things moving in the right direction

Robs hasn't organised much really! Where as I've organised the first national Corsa Sport Meet at Rothervalley in 2002
The first real Yorkshire meet in 2002.
A stand at USC but fell through coz of people not paying up on time!
Rob - hhmm a hull meet?

the problem is with all 3/4 people mentioned u all live in reletively the same area of yorkshire and have to remember that there is south, north and west to consider when arranging ure meets its a big area
i think a little research is needed into this region to find where the majority of the members who will actively attend meets are and wot people want to see and how far they are willing to travel

Kez good point......
read your other post about it...... heres what i said
OK well if two then maybe me and Underwood as we both own corsa's....
that the only reason over the other that i can think of
Everyone still can have a say etc.... but it would be down to us two to get our arses into gear and sort stuff out!!!!
HOWEVER......
I now agree about maybe the organisers need to be more widely spread out.
Anyways im willing to help/travel etc.... - if corsasport wants my help

Hull/bev only threads should not be allowed - should be open to anyone regardless of where they are....
Why dont we have monthly meets - always in a different locations
First month - somewhere in North Yorshire, Second month in East Yorkshire, then south the west....
How does that sound??

i have already given my opinion to who should be organisers to admin but like i keep sayin u dont have to be one to organise stuff
i deffo think someone has to be committed to organising stuff not just in their own area to make it fair on everyone
also the meets we had at pugneys wakefield were succesful for an idea for u to hold future ones
put all your energy into organising some stuff guys instead of worrying whos name is next to the yorkshire title and lets get this region moving for when someone does become the regional organiser

^^^ Well said Kez and totally agree....
Pugneys sounds good
Defo think its a good idea to have the meet in a different part of Yorkshire each month or every 2months - that why i sugested it

Yeah thats just people starting threads.... doesnt meen anything.
They made the gallery so they can see whos driving around the same roads as them - makes it easier to spot people....
About the meet thing - i have already said i dont agree with this.... meens should be open to ANYONE!!!!

yes
you dont need it to say "yorkshire organiser" to be able to organise events. once they see that you are good @ it then they will ask you to be the official organiser. kerry + all the other organisers have been doin this for ages + everything is normally planned out thoroughly. eg- national meet.
we probably have the best organisers on the board with kerry & trotty. be grateful
