Honestly mate fit them yourself its sooo easy! front shocker unit is 4 nuts and its off the car. Then spring compress and one nut and it all comes appart, although you can be cleaver and undo the nut whilst its all on the car and no need for compressors as the cars weight will act as a compressor but that ways is a bit fiddlier when putting back together.

Rear is one bolt, one nut each side and is soo easy its unreal!

Changing suspension is one of the most simple jobs you can do on a car. Buy a haynes manual and learn.

Thomas - seriously, please dont say you dismantle the springs ON the car!? Thats just asking for trouble. Buy a set of compressors for £10.

Actually no, I thought the first was to throw (Artistically) a copy of Max Power onto your back shelf?

As the sticker requires thought on which way up it goes...

starkmotorsport - I have spring compressors, three from Machine Mart. You want to try my method, think you'll find it much easier and quicker when dismantling/removing suspension and their is no possibility of any 'trouble'.

I couldnt do that on my car anyway as its different competition suspension with custom top mounts. Plus if it needs done in a hurry, we just swap over the whole strut - no fooking about in a 20 min service!

Oh the joys of having lots of spares!
