....... dead arm?

i did this morning (2nd time this week).... must have slept on it and stop the blood flow to my arm

i sat up (half awake) and the whole of my arm was dead.....even my fingers.... i must have looked like a zombie on the one side of my body!

for 4 minutes i had the experiance of being Paralysed

)

i often sleep on my belly and cross my arms over

wake up with two lead weights on my shoulders.. have to try to shake them to get blood back into them

scares me sumtimes

i once woke up and couldnt move at all

was very scary, lasted for 5 minutes and eventually, got my feeling back, was really wierd, get dead arms, or pins n needles most mornings!!

OMG- i serioulsy ALWAYS wake up with dead arm.

i try to move it but cant- so i have to pick my arm up with my other arm, and its all floppy.

i did this.. cudnt move., and cudnt breathe either... managed to roll on floor.. loud wallop and luckily parents came in my room

turns out i had extremely large tonsils (now removed.. and i jumped year waiting list) and a thinner throat.. heriditary as mum had a tracheyoctomey (sp) years ago

have to be careful sleeping.. same as when ur pished and dont choke on ur own vomit

it happened to me when i had a bandage too tight on my finger coz i sliced it with a scalpal , i woke up and i couldnt move my fingers feel my arm for about 10 mins, i shat myself at first coz i thought that the scalpal cut was infected and that it made my arm paralysed
