should of got a better bumper with a space in for rad flow. some more suggstions would be to buy uprated radiator and fan. i think any vent would spoil it too and escort turbo vents are hardly directing airflow in to the rad are they

thats not a bad isdea but i dont know how legal it is but if you could get 2 direct air feeds, ducted if need be, to the rad then that would help somewhat.

or like i said, uprated fan and rad. dont mean to be funny but your best is speaking to Pros in a garage rather than a couple car enthusiasts on a forum!

aint being funny, but if sooty used 2 have a 2ltr redtop in his car, exactly the same as youve made yours to look now and his managed fine, a puny 1.2 engine is going to be fine....and if its getting that hot, then you've got a serious problem there and need 2 check it out because it shouldnt get that hot.

plus yesterday every car on the roads bonnet was ret hot cuz it was such a goregous day.

the skylines do it dont they..... im sure if you took one out i.e. the side lights and put some somewhere else.... that would be cool, diff too....

but im pretty sure that ur being paranoid about it overheating to be honest, cuz its not like theres an airtight seal between the bumper and the bonnet anyway, theres always gonna be some air getting in.... even my bonnet gets hot, and its got 2 x 6" square holes innit....
