im lowering my front and need to know which way i turn the plate thing...clockwise or anticlockwise???
and also which way to make the damper hard???

i have the avo coilovers

tells you on the adjuster which way you need to move to make it hard or soft! good luck undoing the alan key that locks the ring in place aswell!
