im trying to control video clips that i have imported into a presentation. at th emoment the clips are .avi files but i dont mind having to change them to .mov files if i have to.
basically i want to be able to have a play and stop button for each clip. with a total of 2 clips on each page
anyone got any clues?

haven't used director in a while. but i think you have to use sprites to control playback?
or that using flash?
anyway, can't remember without the software in front of me.

if i remember correctly, an easy way is export the movie and use quicktime pro (if you have it) with that you can do a lot of playback control and convert from .avi to .mov etc etc

Should be it now. Please respect the fact that i got to "apparently" the 8th worst uni in the country.
So if it's a bit "simple" then it ain't my fault !
EDIT : Think it's the right one, don't know though, not got Acrobat Reader installed yet, so cant view it
