few torx screws and some plastic clips behind. remove screws and give a gentle pull

The boot sides need to be out, there's a torx head at the base of the front, near the front seatbelt mount, when they're off pull on the top edge near the glass (get your fingers down where the front seatbelt disappears behind the panel as well) until you hear a satisfying 'crack'!
