Iv'e been in my job for a year now, and i have to go into a personal metting.

I think they are going to talk about my annual payrise, What is a good payrise to ask for?

I get paid about 18.5K at the mo and if they employed someone to do my job they would what 25K at the least. (Before anyone say's im not going to ask for 6.5k).

tell him that if he doesn't co operate with your money expectations, you will do him for sexual harassment- say he keeps copping a feel of your bumbum or something and that your worried that he may start doing naughtier things to you

I think I'm doin CIMA afterwards......I'm in same boat, underpaid by about 4k. I started as a trainee though on shite money and never really earnt a lot.

I get a bonus if I pass my AAT so if pay doesnt improve by then its time for a new job

Yes because asking for that will result in £21-£21.5k so pretty fair

You should have gone to Uni and gone onto a graduate scheme. Seems to be much higher money.

I start in Sept subject to a 1st/2.1 on considerably more then 18.5k
