do the euro ( RHD) and UK variant's have autoleveling headlights?

considering a Xenon Light swap and thats one of the rules that we have to deal with in Oz.

The non-xenon lights have manual adjustment, the xenons in my Astra automatically level when you turn them on, there is no adjustment by the driver.

ok that's what mine are. was there one with electric adjustment? I have two three pin plugs at the headlights that trace back to the long vertical panel next to the switch.
