Quilted Camel and Pravda are probably my two favourite bars althouth I do quite like that Sam and Jacks in the Gate
Clubbing, I used to go to the Shindig quite a bit before it started filling up with loads of pilled up wankers thinking there in Gatecrasher, sort of ruined the laid back atmosphere. Go to Sea quite a bit now although I dont think any of the clubs in Town are owt special

Shindig is Saturday nights at Promise, used to be the Riverside on Melbourne St. couldn't tell you if it's 24hrs haven't been in over a year now.
Went to the Attic the other night because my mate is related to the guy who owns it, wouldn't recommend it, dead would be an understatment although the free drinks were nice

Aye Sunday was heaving we started off in Jesmond about 3ish and then taxis to the Quayside later on was a really good night. Sitting on the water front outside the Pitcher & Piano was good crack, there was more people outside than in, also Stereo is usual good on a Sunday night

i work all day sundays so we go to the bosses at 6:30ish for a few drinks, then to town, then back to his to swim/play pool and carry on drinking. taxi queues were stupid on sunday night! thank god we had one booked! sunday was first time iv been in tiger tiger though and thought it was shiiiit! well boring and the chairs fall over too easily when 2 people sit on the back of one

Quilted Camel is by far the best.
Often go into town on Monday's because it's student night and drinks are cheap.
Bar-M is usually a very good place too, but cost me £6.80 for 2 bottles yesterday - forgot that it was Bank Holiday prices rather than student night prices - so i wasn't too impressed.

Pravda is a nice bar on the quayside, and as Andy said, Liquid and Bar M. good places also. Cheap drink at the Union Rooms (aka Weatherspoons) and Clubs to be at are Envy (R&B) and Foundation (Dance)
