i have no paint/drawing packages on this pc, and i would like to produce a pic of a reg plate-

for example-
like B4 i got my plate- i made a pic of T29 CYM as:


i would like it if someone could do
R11K DJ,
R7K DJ and
R1DK N for me PLEASE, would be VERY appreciated.
Just a simple drawing to make it look like the above reg
