guy took this on the oval at crail.dont know much about it only that its slammed and is a rear wheel drive.think its a 2 litre.not sure.opinions

looks like a hot-rod thing.
don't they compete in oval racing at banger events? like lightning stock?

space frame with a shell on it. surer there was a series like that that used 205 shells

Not sure about the rules of oval racing, but its not a banger car - far too tidy and the interior is far too fancy for that with brake bias adjusters etc

Its not a competition car as theres no tow hooks, mandatory cut off switches or fire safety measures.

Im puzzled by the bracing bar half way along the dashboard too :S

Only thing I can think of is a Sprint car - need LuckyB to confirm that though as Im not clued up on the rules/spec of car

me and my mates spoke to the guy briefly when they were taking it off the trailer....it's a 1.7 engine in it....they had planed to take it on the 1/4 mile but it was full by the time they arrived!
