Im locked out, left keys in ignition, turned which menas my spare key bob cant open my doors, or anything
What can i do? RAC I think to take a window out :-s

1. put a window through
2. get the aa to bend the door sligtly so you can get in, this is wat marv had to do

talk to marv, i know he did it with engine running, sure the RAC or AA got in without damaging anythin or removing windows or owt

My windows are shite pull it down with a screw driver and wedge it open.......prob open 1 inch if u do it correct.... Then try n hook the keys up... ive managed it b4

The cars not running just turned so all the dash lights are on, which means the door pop doesnt work nor the alarm, rac are coming now as i remebered fro £50 a year the service is free can't belive ive done it it's raining aswell so smashing a window isnt really an option, plus i need it tonite

get a wire fitted, tucked under the car somewhere unobvious that you can connect a 12v battery to to open the doors. that is what i was told by the guy who fitted my alarm.
just means that you would have to carry a 12v battery around with you.

What carry it in ya car so when you lock yourself out the battery is in the car?
Sorted now, rac guy got a rod through top of door tried getting the handle but cudnt so managed to turn the key ignition off, which meant i could pop the door
And it was free

you really wouldnt have a set up that requires a 12v battery now, would you????
you'd just have a waterproof switch right under the car somewhere, in a little fabricated box or summat, that u dont tell anyone its there.
To be honest, i dont see the attraction of smoothed doors. If i were involved in an accident, i like the thought of the rescue ppl actually being able to open a door if possible, rather than smashing glass all over me or anyone in my car.
I have also disabled the Clifford anti hi-jack thing for this reason too.
