if your trying to give up dont go cold turkey as it doesnt work.
Just buy stronger ciggies, smoke less of them as a result of havin more nicotine in 1 hit rather than over 2 or 3 cigs.
Try breaking routines associated with smoking, i.e morning ciggie, fag breaks at work, in the car? stuff like that.
Then just cut down. Youll find it easier than you thought and remember that you have to want to do it otheriwse it wont happen!
Then youll find its much easier! I did it
Also if you have someone who can help you who lives with you, mum/dad/bro/sis/boyfriend to hassle you or just help you along it will be even easier

I found worst part the first 3 days, thats how long the nicotine in your body takes to get out of your system, then its all about breaking routines and being strong

im doin it cold turkey cause iv tryed cuttin down before n it didnt work im just gonna try n get it over n done wiv
i go to the gym n whats the point if i smoke im on a fitness programme so i want good results on my next assesment

keeping chain smoking one after another none stop until your sick!
Its supposed to work by making you associate smoking with being sick!
I've never smoked though and the morning after smell is as good a reason as any not too!

It might noit bother you, i didnt find everyone "stank" that smoked, but i did notice it more, plus i found it to choke me a bit when someone was smokin in the car rather than it make me want a cig.
You have been warned about cold turkey. It seriously doesnt work. But if you can pull it off then hats off to you

i tried a wee while ago and found the chewing gum helped a lot but it tasted minging
but ive started again and i seem 2 smoke more now

I found worst time to be when out drinking or just after food. Was habit to just spark up, but can safely say now that it doesn't bother me anymore the fact that i'm pregnant and couldn't stand it near me, helped too
