I was driving down a single carriageway about 70/80 MPH behind a van pulling a trailer, van kicked up a huge stone/rock which bounced up quite high infront of me, too late to do anything tho so just shut my eyes - some how it went underneath the front of the car, bang - hit off something underneath bounced up again - right thru the grill of the BMW driving behind me

Well he wasn’t happy and was up my arse flashing his lights wanting to me to stop, stopped at the next round about he gets out his car....I was in a hurry so I told him to shut the fuck up and drove away

Could I get in trouble cos of this

No you won't be in shit. If anything it will go in your favour as for all concerned the BMW was too close to you to react to the situation in time.

Yes if he was driving a Fiat he would have a rather large stone implanted in his skull - he should consider himself lucky

at the end of the day it wasnt damaged caused by u, if the roads had been in better order that massive piece of stone wud never have been on the road!!!

no need to be worried about it m8 these things can and do happen!

Think the guy in the BMW thought it was me that kicked it up, I just dunno where I stand as to who's fault it was cos technically it left my car last before causing damage

Im not worried, If I see him again i'll gladly tell him to "shut the fuck up" again

Well, should get it seen to cos a small crack always developes into a big crack and before you know it she's slack as fuck
