Had a crash yesterday, some woman came into the back of me at a set of traffic lights. Just wondering if its worth claiming for whiplash etc. What sort of money will you get?

I hate personnel injury claims one of the reasons why car insurance keeps going up, people faking claims for extra cash

went to hospital and they said I had neck, shoulder and lower back strain. Rang up solicitors and they want to take the claim on. They Reckon I could get between £1750 and £2500.

If your hurt then go for it, if not your only ripping yourself off in the long run.

i had a crash a couple of weeks ago i hit the back of the fella so it is my fault.
i rang him to see what he was claiming for so i could pay for the damage and not go through the insurance and he said ok but i will have to ring the insurance up to see what he was claiming for and how much it would cost.
i rang them up to see and they gave me a number for fords to ask them how much it will cost and they said he was only claiming for the boot and bumper.
i rang fords to get a price and they said that the car has never been in before.
i then got a letter throught the post telling me the fella is claiming for neck and lower back injuries so i rang him up but he wasn't in because they told me he was at work which has pissed me off - then today i seen him driving his car without a problem
why do they lie about these things
