readying some of the posts tonight, ive gone into thought mode, has any 1 self harmed or tired to kill themselves?

to be honest ive thought bout suiside, after watching a member of my family trying to comit suiside twice, and i even held a knife to my wrist, i also researched the best way to do it, i look back and i think tut what was i thinking, but at the time i felt alone and desperate, please discuss if u feel like u want to......

not done anything that insane or tried suicide but i do like to burn myself and see how much pain i can take in various ways when im pissed up

yes i spose it is kinda a spin off from your post, but i think im more interested in the fact of how many ppl self harm these days as opposed to say 30 yrs ago, i think thee is more presure on our generations and its more stressful, am ppl think we ca cope with things when we cant

I self harm, but only by accident... Like when I work on my car and slice me hands open of stuff....

i've tried it, failed tho, slammed the brakes on in the car b4 slamming into a pole at 70mph

now i look back and think to myself "WTF was i thinkin!!!"

that would be a good way to go in a car crash i think. aslong as you didnt be selfish and hurt others, like just straight into a wall or sumthin.

i dropped my mates of 1st b4 i sped off down the road

i was in tears n cudnt go thru with it, was sat in a car park for hours after, just staring into space.

i cudnt do that to my car anyways lol i love it too much

i dont see the point in cuting you wrists
you have a problem find a way to deal with it
putting yourself in a hospital wont help if anything itll make it worse

but i feel more strongly on this because a girl i was with ayear ago i found out today shes been taken into care because her new b/f dumped her and she was cutting herself..

i dont see the piont theres always someone to talk to and someone who's willing to help with your probs

tbh ive had really bad times,
when i was younger and have thought about it,
but then i think, what am i thinking off ! and kinda change the subject in my mind. and go busy myself after half hour feel much better

i.used.to.cut.myself.with.razor.blades.sometimes.and.i.have.a.few.scars.from.where.i.put.cigarettes.out.on.my.hand.I.know.it.was.a.bit.stupid,and.its.really.hard.to.explain.but.at.the.time.it.felt.like.the.only.way.of.taking.my.mind.of.all.the.shit.i.was.going.through.Tried.to.kill.myself.once,drank.2.bottles.of.vodka.in.a.night.but.fortunately.didn't.succeed.I'm.all.good.now.though,and.incredibly.glad.that.i.am.still.here.(even.if.others.may.not.be.
