been thinking about getting myself a niceshiney PDA for a while now but if I'm honest I dont really have a clue what is a decent spec for one and I'm after some advice please chaps. The only thing that is a must is that it syncs with outlook and from what I've been told that means it it must run on MS Pocket PC 
Any advice and recommendations would be much appreciated

get one with palm o/s instead. so much nicer to use than MS Pocket PC.
it so happens that i have a mint sony one for sale in classifieds

Need one with Pocket PC because I use Outlook for everything, looked at the iPaq's last night in PC World and they certainly looked the best on offer there.

Looked at that the other day but I've just upgraded my phone recently so had to scrap that idea going to have another look at the iPaq 2210 at lunch time

have you seen the one advertised in the sun at a shop called aldi or something like that it comes with a built in sat/nav softwear and gps
think it was about £250
