I stopped smoking last night.............21:30............feel fine so far..mind u been 6 hrs without a fag............But had a few breaks here with ppl smokin and hasn't bothered me..worse to come though...
I want to say 'no thanks m8 i don't smoke' to someone............
got 5 m/c's running..all very slow though..no problems with them either.......

Aye got patches the now...going to wear them for a few weeks then try and just come straight off them instead of going through the 3 stages with the patches..Feel fine with patches on..alot of ppl feel sick with them..By now I have missed my usual 6 fags that i would have had by now...honestly feel great...days 2 and 3 are meant to be the worst for cravins etc........... gonna really try like..never tried to stop b4..going to get karen to try to stop to..If she sees I can do it she may try...save me £120 approx a month.....
Buy a grill then in a few months wheels
Might be buying Seth's if I get the cash..veccy GSI old style ones £300.

I watched my rears being done and looked easy but fronts harder..u have to take out shocks etc for front......???? 60mm what will you do hammer out then bond on arches? or will bolts still go on........
likin kids cause of Karens(foxy) U do get used to them after a while
better go the now...will be getting a bollocking for being on the net ALL night

wow what an essay...answering all my questions...........
front bumper still in tack no more scrapes or that...spotless still....
as for rear............i'll show u when I see you..small hair line cracks at side..dunno if it's where reiger rear meets bumper....there is a couple of scratches and it looks like somebody has knocked it....not reall that noticable but i know it's there..
Want to get rear bumper fixed and sprayed if it's needed..
Also want to get bonnet sprayed due to deep scratches..or if I can get another bonneet in black..Had one lined up £20 spotless in black..guy lives 300 miles away though
at wee fatty.kieran got a bit of a belly now too.....
well better go...few things to do then break time......... (fagless)
