hey hey hey ... hopefully some people on here can help me and my mate end an arguement about meal time names.

I called the 3 main meals of the day - Breakfast, Dinner and Tea

... what do other people call them (if any different from me?!?!)

I calle the the same as you mate but the correct way is Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

breakfast, brunch, elevensies, lunch, mid afternoon snack, dinner, supper

all of them are main meals!

my mate is arguing the breakfast, lunch, dinner thing but I'm not having it

... think back to when you were at high school and you turned up on the first day of the new year. They gave you a new timetable and in the box around 12ish was the word 'dinner' ... so dinner is the meal around midday
