Just been looking at my power graph from after my re-map. The torque is pretty impressive especially considering the air-mass meter is fooked! When that's replaced the power should go right up.
The torque shoots up just before 2,000rpm and stays strong till 6,000rpm, cant moan at that!
Here's the RPM v Torque figures;
2000rpm - 190lb/ft
3000rpm - 245lb/ft
4000rpm - 230lb/ft
5000rpm - 228lb/ft
6000rpm - 205lb/ft
Can't wait to get it back on the rollers after the air mass meter is replaced, also can't wait to get it up the strip next sunday, hoping for a low 14 this time.

Power is not so good, but that is mainly hit by the air-mass meter tricking the ecu for not knowing the correct air/fuel mix. Car is running very lean at the moment.
RPM v BHP figures;
2000rpm - 70bhp
3000rpm - 140bhp
4000rpm - 180bhp
5000rpm - 218bhp
6000rpm - 210bhp
Not bad, much better than it was standard but again, this should shoot up when the air-mass meter is replaced.

Im fairly sure you wont quite be getting that kind of power but then i dont know your engine spec at the moment.
I thought with the new engines that the turbo can't hold the higher boost and anything over 250-260bhp odd needs the larger hybrid turbo?

When my air-mass sensor is fitted and everything's running okay again I am confident the car will be making approx 240bhp and 260lb/ft.
AmD are good at what they do and have a number of cars running standard turbo that have power in excess of 260bhp and 290lb/ft. With a hybrid and decent intercooler they are confident they can get over 300bhp from these engines, they are currently working on this phase.
Vibrio, they mapped it whilst the meter was fooked because I had already been their once and they turned me away because of the meter being busted, so I went to Vauxhall to get it fixed, but somehow they failed to replace it. They mapped it anyway explaining that power would be low and recommended that I didn't drive very hard on the way home and not at all after then until I got the meter replaced so not to melt any valves or pistons.

monkey's why map a car if there is a fault with the air sening equiment. if it is mapped with a doggy Air mass meter then when you fit a new one and get correct settings for air mass it's going to be all over the place.

Like I've said Daimo. They have mapped loads of z20lets now. They have all gained around 240bhp on standard engines and a few have also been confirmed on other rolling roads too.

regals phase software gives 247hp approx with larger intercooler. with a custom map your going to get more so 260 would be possible however with error that could be anything from 250-270 hp
