i hav been gettin engine management light on car for sum time whilst slowing down and accelerating...... and i did a fault code test and it came back as egr valve

now car has started cutting out and revs are dipping really low, which i think sounds like iacv.

its a bit rough on revs sumtime at start up and when idle.... but its £100 for egr valve and £25 for iacv, im gettin iacv done on thurs but i need sum help on how to do blank egr valve off can any 1 let me know wot to do , or even better help me do it??? ive got a haynes manual ere so im gunna hav a look, but just really need advice on how hard it is to do it and were its located and wot i need to blank it off

yea but at £100 for an egr valve and then fittin on top of that :S it aint cheap is it........he reckoned bout 35 for the fittin of em both but theres no way im payin that for an egr valve if i can blank it off,
