was parked on a yellow sing line and forgot what it meant anyway came back hour later got a parking fine bout 4 min b4 i got back how gay
£30 im a student were do they expect me to get £30 from

apparently one of my mates had one and she complained that she was a student and they let her only pay a tenner. may try this
