had my last uni exam this afternoon so aint got uni til like october so decided to start prepping for pvs tonight cos i got a long list of things i wanna do. and i take absolutely fucking ages to do anything cos im such a perfectionist and love to drink tea while im working on the car
anyway, heres how she looks at the moment:
and thought id take a quick few of my old mans saab while i was at it

heres what i managed to do tonight:
re-paint rear drums
and heres what i got left to do:
accident damage repaired (bodyshop)
alloy wheel refurbished
fit new suspension kit
replace n/s rear brake cylinder
make new custom alloy wheel caps
fit new sunglasses holder
re-position OPC badge (front)
re-spray header tank cap
re-spray oil cap
re-spray washer bottle cap
general tidy up of engine bay
polish rocker cover
re-spray boot lock
re-spray wiper arms + caps
fit bonnet lifters
fit new front splitter
scrub alloy wheels
told you im slow as fuck
will hopefully get most of it done next week

Well my car currently looks like this
All this has mainly been prepped for spraying few more bits left to do, then its gonna be primed over the weekend then i got to rub the primer down then its gotta be srayed then its gotta be fitted back into car
Also got to install 0 gauge wiring fuse holder and distribution block.
Then put re-trimmed seats and door cards and install back in.
Re-trim headlining and A B & C pillars myself.
Install door builds and all the wiring.
Get drivers door re-sprayed.
Paint rear drums.
Clean engine bay up and inside arches and wheels.
Put DVD screen and switches back in.
Have the sunroof out and get it working again.
Wash polish etc
And im sure there is more aswell

ive gotta....
set up car properly to run with tb's (sooooo time consuming its unreal )
change oil + service
fill all dents
refit front bumper
respray hole car
tidy up the whole car in general, brakes engine bay etc
fit scooby seats
fit my new exhaust
+ ive been asked organise a huge prom party @ mine the week before pvs

I hope so, only got 1 day a week off and working days aswell so afternoons if im on earlier shifts and evenings

IN time for PVS im hoping to....
Have all bodywork tidied up and mesh redone
Badboy bonnet fitted and sprayed
Vectra door handles fitted and sprayed
Exhaust straightened up, decat and silencer fitted
Boot install done (already have the speakers and amp! )
Possibly get engine powder coated
Plasma dials fitted if they arrive in time, although recently been told mid june for delivery

can remember when i had my gearbox out to replace the clutch. i only managed to get a saturday off work but still had to work on sunday. so i got the box out on a saturday afternoon and put it back in at like 7am before going to work at 10am. fuck doing that again
and Gav that must be the most sensible PVS prep list yet
