what is a non dial up email address???? and whats the opposite of a non dial up email address

im trying to register to a website and it says i have provided a non dial up email address and they dont accept non dial up email addresses

I would imagine a dial-up email-address to be the likes of @btinternet.com, @freeserve.co.uk, and the similar addresses you get with free/paid dial-up connections...

A free email-address would be the likes of @hotmail.com, @msn.com and similar...

A proper non-dial-up paid email-address would be something on a domain......like, for example, @corsasport.co.uk...

Sounds like the same policy we have here - if its anonymous and impossible to trace you can't use it.
