as above, for the C14SE (1.4 8v SRI) engine. This should give around a 7bpp increase, and definately gives a noticeable difference top end, especially when overtaking people!  I paid £170 for it new, looking for around £100, and it only cost me £30 to get it fitted by the garage. Only reason for sale is that i had a 2.0 16v conversion so obviously cant use it now. I will also be at PVS, so could save on postage if you are there! U2U me if there is any interest, i dont check the classifieds that often!

Oh, and my engine ran fine with just the cam, induction and exhaust, no other modifications needed.

can vouch it was fast.
Even with my superior driving i just cudnt catch the fecker with my standard engine 
let alone the 2.0
