Cos they managed to enginere an engine to go slower than it should do, as the car is marketed towards women this don't matter anyway, cos how often do you hear women worrying about how pwerful the car is. They just worry about the size of the boot, hence the fact that the boot in a Ka is bigger than the engine bay and cabin...

have you considered the daihatsu sirion 1.3 rally? might be a little ugly but 0-62 in 8.1 secs is pretty damn quick
