i thought the cut off point would be 12 pm on saturday.
grrr i paid £10 extra delivery aswell.

they were being sent yesterday,
they should of been here today,
the company had them yesterday in there hands,
I aint had mine, im soo anoyed.

yeah well heres the story,
they got the coilovers on thursday, they was gonna send them out that day, however it was to late and they missed the delivery cut off,
so he said if people wanted them before next week we could all pay an extra £10 for saturday delivery surcharge,
Not a problem, a few of us did.
however they aint turned up, and if they was going to they would of arrived before 12:30!!
Im just really annoyed as i have stayed in and not been able to do anything to the car which is already behind.
I wonder if we get £10 back?

Ask for your £10 back, you should get it as they haven't delivered, and if its teh couriers fault then they will refund the money. I've waited ages for FK stuff, to be fair you have got it quickly, i've waited over a month for some stuff before

oh yeah,
im extremly impressed with toby at rimstyle,
im not really annoyed, just a little dissapointed as i really want them now,
another thing thats annoying for me is because im at my parents this weekend i arranged for the delivery to be sent here,
however im going back to bloody newbury later (40 miles away) so if they come on saturday they are gonna bloody come here!!!

tbh it's more likely the fault of parcel force than toby. royal mails delivery times are to pot my 1st class post comes mid afternoon.
however we should get our £10 sat delivery charge back,and toby should refunded by parcel farce .
be sure to date and time the parcel delivery and make a note it was late when they do arrive!!

the fact that none of us have received them points to a problem on the journey between rimstyle and the main collection office. i doubt they have even got to the local distribution wharehouses for delivery as not a single one has arrived on time.

All the parcels left here on Friday morning, 3 of them were booked in for saturday deliveries. I have tracked them on line & via an automated telephone service but can not speak directly to the people I need to due to opening hours. The £10 will be refunded onto the cards of those who paid for saturday delivery and the parcels will be delivered on the 1st of June except Siberia, and also Rob_corsa who I am trying to contact at the moment. For those who had saturday deliveries, I will contact parcel force first thing tuesday morning to try to get a 'before 12 noon' delivery for you. I hope this is satisfactory and hope you understand that the problems have been caused by the service provided by parcel force and I will be taking this matter up with them on tuesday.

i thought as much, your service has been excellent toby . parcel force leave alot to be desired imho.
we often order refrigeration parts for 9am deliveries or saturday that get lost in the system. happened to me with a part i needed for friday, it's not just parcel force but a lot of delivery companies.
