ive been looking at getting a few sets of cold cathode tubes to light my interior up as they're so much cheaper than neons.was just wondering if they will give out the same amount of light as neons and if they're easy to wire up like neons are. how much power will they need?

just as easy to wire up since they are conveniently 12V. Just put a switch in there and thats it. Could use the boot switch (that turns on your boot light) so that its only on when your boots open
They are just about as bright as standard interior neons i believe

I bought two of these kits, one kit for each footwell. Two blue tubes per footwell gives you this:
Very good effect for the price. Wiring is a piece of piss and current draw is extremly low.
