You mean the 306 GTi-6?
It's already got a fuck load of power, but the usual mods all work.

Had a blast with one of these the other day on the way back from the French Car Show, it got beaten, but they are very nice cars, very nippy. They did well on the track at FCS.

Didn't leave it for dead at all. Pulled a gap on him on the country lanes. Then pulled up alongside at some lights, where I pulled a few car lengths on him upto 100.

GTi 6s are superb performance wise. Highly tunable, unbelievably good handling and look sweet. Especially in black.

Electrical faults, shite gearbox and generally poor build quality let the car down big time.

My bro's GTi6 is running K+N, full zaust (with decat), chipped and now cam'd, with 75bhp NOS, and my gosh it absolutely flies. (when it works)

Matt

I'm sure they are almost a second quicker to 60 than the GTI-6. How much would you be looking to pay? I know of a very nice Rallye in black thats up for sale. Was the original car used by EVO in all their performance tests. 0-60 in 6.9 seconds.

No mate i don't mean it like that..

My pug is a 2001 Y reg and it's showing it's age now! The build quality on the 306 is even worse They just age quicker than normal cars.

Same speed as mine though marc! More torque though probably?

I love nicely modded 306's.There have been loads over the years in the mags that have been well ahead of there time.
