Carefully!
You'll need a steering wheel puller as per regular wheels, not sure on the special precautions with the airbag, sorry.

If you look in the haynes max power manual it tells you how to do it on steering wheels with air bags. I put a new steering wheel on my corsa (non airbag), and found those steering wheel pullers really crap. In the end I just used a bit of force and pulled the wheel off. Just got to be careful that you dont smack yourself in the face with the wheel when removing.

best way to remove the wheel is by pulling on it. loosen the nut off a bit and when it pops the nut will save your nose.
if you are removing a air bag then disconnect the battery first. you will be left with a air bag light as well.
why change the wheel? a vectra item will drop straight onto yours.
