You get a C Spanner supplied and you simply use it to rotate the bottom spring platform up or down on a thread. Down makes the car lower, up makes it higher.

Its all wired in, had a F13 box fitted so I can run a speedo and have faster acceleration.
Its nearly there.
You going PVS? Taking the Tigra?

yeh theres a 'thing' from the old springs on them just tap it with a hammer and it should loosen off
adi did he they leave the helper spring on or off. if its on how low is the car and do u have any problems with the adjuster rings on the front hitting the tyre.
have mine fited without the helper springs as the tyre was very near the adjuster rings with it on
i havta get the whole geomertry of the front of the car done its way off.
not as easy as i thought to fit pain in the arse to get the camber of the wheels right with out the proper equipment.

i'll take another look tomorrow, probably right as i thought it would have sat better. it's gonna sit real low with that bit off aswell.
my rear passenger side arch is catching, i'm gonna take a grinder to the metal lip then waxoil it. that should stop it rubbing.
i got some 3mm spacer but found them to be a real bitch to fit with only 2 hands . will removing the helper spring alter the ride at all because i want it smooth.
