some cars have several turbos that spool at different rev's tho.................i think.
sure there's some car that has a turbo kick in at every 1000rpm, so is like constant turbo..
Disclaimer (in case i said something stupid) ... i don't know much about turbo's.

once a turbo spools up its constantly there, one turbo is the norm a few cars have two.
