never seen this before, looks mental



rover 111i 3dr no sunroof
mgf 1.8 vvc engine 143 hp
rover 200 brm lsd close ratio gearbox,
mgf driveshafts,
mg tf quick rack,
mgf front brakes with mintex m1166 pads srf fluid, braided hoses,
polly bushes front lower arms,
mgf displacers and front shocks,
front and rear anti roll bars,
optimised geometry,
drum brakes on the rear!

whats the 0-60 time on that? There's a guy who has a 1.8 metro on our site and he reckons it does 0-60 in 4.8 and goes upto about 140mph lmfao

That's a cool car, metro or not metro !

Imagine the fun in blwoing people away, I heard of one brought up to Elise 190 spec, I.e the VVC engine ina similar state of tune to the Elise tuned versions.

All that and the car weighs not much.

The Rover 100 IS a Metro, When Rover took over from Austin they gave the Metro a facelift and called it the Rover 100. Its Officaly the most unsafe car on the road, It was pulled by Rover because of this, after all, its a 24 year old design that even back then was poor.
