as title i got the ecu loom engine box shafts fitting kit brakes

i need the parts nums for the eco tec pipe, power cap, plate

do i need a twin header tank and mpi fual pump and what else do i need

There aren't really part numbers I have to hand -- they're not vauxhall parts...

Ecotec pipe/plate is an ALTERNATIVE to the Powercap... you only need one of them. Powercap is available from PVD or Courtenay, Ecotec pipe/plate is available from V-tuning (http://www.v-tuning.com <-- VERY GOOD AND HELPFUL COMPANY!)

Yes to header tank with two top connections...

Yes to MPI fuel pump... what's the current engine?

You got a suitable radiator?
