I've got tonnes of p op ups and shit appearing constantly... Just been using my pc to do some coursework - had a look at my desktop and there's 6 new icons???

I have absolutely no idea where they've just come from... I haven't downloaded anything recently...

These icons say 'Evidence Eraser', 'Messenger Ad Killer', 'Internet Speed Booster', 'Pop Up Blocker', 'Virus Hunter Secuirty', 'Secure your favourites now'

How the F*ck did they get on my pc?

The most annoying thing is - in the past all I do is run spybot and it removes the spyware and I can use the pc without getting pop ups or shit...

Now I run stuff like spybot and remove stuff and the problems continue

I recently installed zone alarm and that was more hassel than good...
