ok well i stil hadnt had the bonnet sorted from when it got keyed bad as i was collectin bits for it and gonna get it painted all together and then there was the slash tyre thing so i ran on a 15 steelie for a while then when visitin mum up north it got keyed all down oneside

that along with my ex robbing my garage and takin some of my kit and all my standard bits, i couldnt be assed finishin the car and i couldnt put it to standard to sell so we bought the pulsar and decieded to strip the vectra to make more money

yes my solicitor has lots of photos ect its an ongoing 2 year plus thing thats one of reasons i moved

well could put a 10k deposit on a new house and keep 40k and get a porsche, probably what i`d do. Just saying that you dont benefit from selling a house these days unless you move to a cheap skanky area, or rent for the rest of your life.

interest rates are that low its cheaper to borrow money at the moment, which means higher house prices, then when they do go back up we hit a dark spot for a year or 2
