Been waiting around all day, taken the day off work for my ECU to come. Just rang the company to find out where it is and it turns out they have delivered it to the wrong address or something

Was ment to be going out later, but gonna have to ring her and cancel

What a waste of a day!

how you work that one out when its the courier who delivers it to your doorstep? what is there to be shipped if its being delivered via a courier?

I think the point is, if the wrong address is on the box the courier will deliver it to someone elses doorstep! Not through any fault of their own, they are just following instructions set out by the company selling the goods.

Shipper is whoever send the package in the first place.

We only deliver to the address on the box, we aint mind readers
