there is a bloke round ma way with a valver, thinks hes god, i was never stupid enough to race him cos i knew id get my ass kicked.
yesterday he was pissin me off so i gave it a go purely to see how quick it was and was dissapointed obviously he passed me but wasnt that quick
id still prefer the astra to be honest

they aint lightning mate,
the corsa is a heavy car compared to the nova, due to all of the extra strength,
i dont think they are much lighter than an astra gte

was dissappointed too at PVS there were a couple there an they only hit high 15's, 16's, was expecting much more, thinkin the LET may be a better option.

why are u put of by times, there is alot more involved in running 1/4 miles than just the cars sheer power take the astra touring car that was at pvs only putting out high 13's and they have got hell of alot more power and setup for racing with right tyres weight etc etc but where not too good in my view
although they are thats the point
without a doubt the corsa is slightly quicker than gte with c20xe in and in my experience of gte's they are quick enough, lets just say you will not have any trouble from many other hot hatches on ur travels
anyway even if the c20xe is not massivly rapid they still have lots of torque and bigger capacity engine allways feels less strained when revved compared to a 1400/1600 due to the engine capacity
