there the same as a cheque except it's made out by the bank so are apparantly guaranteed to clear.check with the bank to make sure there legit as some people use fake ones

They can be forged easily mate be careful

Easy though, you get one, phone the issueing bank and get them to verify it... They got serial numbers on them ya know

i work for a bank and we debit the customers acount for the amount so they are gauranteed
