Ad aware found some crap on mine, but one file cant be deleted as its always being used by windows. I looked on sites and it has ways or removing it going into the Reg bit and unchecking programmes but the particular component is not there. CUNT !

hi-jack-this all one word....is the best thing to use

http://www.spychecker.com/download/download_hijackthis.html

click save....
and then save the file to your hard-drive....
when its on your hardrive....
double clikc it to open it...
it iwll bring up a warning message.....just click ok
then once into the programe click scan...it will bring up a list of files that are running on your computer at the moment

sometimes there are obvious spy-ware entires.....just tiock the box on the oens that are obvious and at the bottom click fix
dnt leave the programe...just minimize it
wen u clicked fix....it will of put backup files of the spyware/files you just fixed....onto your desktop....just delete the files

if thers any your unsure about in hi-jack this....dnt fix them/.....leave them
