how do i go about changing my numberplate?

i dont want a personal reg, just a different one from what i have.

is it possiable to swap with someone else?

What's the point in swapping number plates?
Fair enough if you get a personal, or date-less plate, but just any old plate? it's just the same as leaving your current plate on.

hmmm, well maybee its cos there is a large gang of lads that know my car and the reg number! so getin the car resprayed a different colour and changing the reg. BTW they dont know what i look like, they only know my car.

get a private plate as little from £250 from the DVLA. probably much easiler
