Had arch scraping and tyre rubbing for a while. Drivers side started knocking last week, got it booked in at Cossvaux today and this is what they found

Thats the front Hardley any bump stop left

So I had new suspension all round and raised from 60mm to 40mm to hopefully curb the arch and tyre rubbing

and the bling bling calipers fitted too

Chris did a mighty fine job

and Will needs a belt

Drives a hell of a lot better now. Certainly left it too long before changing them

Springs are fine tho and they are for sale

Front 40mm

Front 60mm

Back 40mm

60mm (Without 2ltr in tho)

40mm

Prefer the 60mm look tbh, but if its damaging the car, then it has to go.
Almost sure it was G-Max suspension
Was advised that the suspension I've got an now will suffice. I dont take the car on track or throw it round corners (much )
Would've been an expense I didnt really need getting coilovers. Sved myself around £250-£300 doing it this way too
