I have went thru the installer and it rebooted the comp, i booted off the xp cd again and now it just wants to install again :S it feels like an endless circle

if i try to boot from HDD i get - NTLDR is missing

It's not properly installed then, it should go into the setup bit - not the install bit though...

run from cd follow all the prompts let it do its thing then it will reboot dont press any keys to boot from CD let it boot form the HD.

if yer getting ntldr fail make sure u have no floppy in you drive and that the boot order is set correctly.

if its still not working yer CD is feckered
