DESMOND -
he advertised that he was selling his motor on here with the burnt engine bay, he had 2.0 16v on tb's for sale
so i u2ud him and we agreed a price for the engine mounts, as i needed them, so i got his account details and off i went to the bank and put the money into his account,
next day he txt me tol tell me he couldnt get the mounts off, fair enough, he then sed he would go to the bank that same day and put the money into my account,
i checked and it wasnt in, so i txt him to ask if he had put it in and he had forgot, (fair enough we all forget things), so he said he would put it in the day after which he didnt, he then sed he had lost my bank details cos he deleted his texts, so i sent them him again,
this was monday just gone,
i have been tryin to get hold of him for 2 days now and he is ignoring texts, ignoring phone calls, and not gettin back to me after a i have left a voicemail on his phone!
just thought id let ya know, as i am now gonna take legal action against him!
the value is only 70 quid, its not that its only that much, its just the principle of ripping me or anyone else off for that matter!
it will cost him a hell of a lot more through court costs than it will me, for the sake of puttin the money back into my account!

all i can say is thank fook i fooked him around..
i agreed to let him give my old corsa b a full respray.. i then decided to ignore his calls when i didnt appear.. i simply cudnt afford it after an expensive MOT..
cant imagine where my corsa would have gone to!
