I paid 80 quid to fit eibach springs and shocks in local garage. A famous name tuner quoted me 160 for the same job.

not bad since springs about 130 from mail-order distribs so your paying 60 to fit BUT I'd put springs and the matching shocks on I know their ad says their springs work with the standard shocks but you'll wear the shocks out prematurely (coz spring rate doesn't match shock) and the ride quality won't be so good. More expensive but it ain't worth doing it on the cheap you'll just end up with a crap ride and wish you'd kept the old ones on.
