thought id put up a few pics of my corsa,
just gave it a respray and some graphics this week.
this car is just kept for racing 1/4 mile days but i was fed up of it looking like every other caribic blue corsa.

engine: 2L 16 valve
throttle bodies
piper 285 cams
mbe ecu/management
s/s exhaust
212 bhp @ 7000rpm

exterior: resprayed in yamaha R1 blue
white vinyl graphics
compmotive mo's 15 inch with yokohama tarmac tyres.
front bumper cut and meshed

interior: completely stripped out
2 cobra bucket seats and luke harnesses

I think it would look really good without the graffix but seein as its a non road car then its not really an issue, whats the best 1/4 mile time you've got out of it??

graphics make it stand out, good advertisment for my dads garage.
best 1/4 mile time so far is a 14.2 but that was b4 i got it set up on a rolling road and remapped.
ran it yesterday but track was flooded and only got a 14.6

Feck me man. Fire some decent styled rims (although those suite the idea of the car perfectly) and lexus lights and u would have one mean as fook street car. Obviously not to everyones taste but i think it looks the nuts

calum-- it IS NOT a street car, its a race car, bigger whels would just slow it down.

adam- no i didnt, done all the work on it in a week at nights, didnt have time. wait for it "comment about weight of oroginal paint from adam" ha ha

cars lookign good sounds like it's competitive with the larger cars, hope to see it ripping down the 1/4 mile sometime soon!

im hoping it will be very competative, once it gets off the line it pulls like fuck.
only things iv got to try against lately have been a civic type r( too easy) and a lotus elise(in the rain) it pulled off the line, got about 3 car lenghths in front(it got more traction) but by the finish line i must have been about 3 car lengths in front of him.
want to try some scoobies and things like that on a good day with warm tarmac. just to see what like
