need to upgrade the brakes on my '96 merit , have fitted a set of 15 inch astra alloys so what is the largest set of discs /calipers i can go for ?

was thinkin of gettin some calipers off a 2ltr cav from the scrappy

astra GTE 256mm jobbies would be the best for your wheel size.

u may get V6 284mm on depending on your wheels but it would be a tight sqeeze.

is it worth it? no offence but on a 1.2 bicycle brakes could stop ya motor..

V6's brakes will fit under 15's just they are 288mm, i got some corsa GSI calipers and redodot 20 groove disks for sale that will bolt straight on to your motor if ya interested £50 they are 256mm which is the same as the astra ATE ones just 2mm thinner
