Hi, everyone. A mate at work claims that with a cam kit, after marker "carburetor" (even though all corsa's are injection) and a backbox claimed he got 90bhp from his post 97 1.2 8v arizona.

I no this is bull shite (double bhp, dont think so) But could someone please verify that im right, thanks

Yeah, possible like.. but would need more than that i think..?

A mates 1.4 8v single point, changed to carbs, running a kent cam is pushin 85bhp.

its just that this guy spks real crap!! Like he bought a mk2 escort for few hundred, put a pinto engine and few other wee bits and pieces on it and sold it for 10K

And he's got a 40k sunbeam rally car (and he works with me, is an apprentice, and is on about 8k per year)
So im very doubtfull of what he says
