I still have about 2500 oweing on my car, and i'm thinking about advertising it on Ebay.

Is it ok to promise the finance will paid off when someone puts down a deposit? and should i mention the finance in the advert?

if the car isnt loan isnt secured on the car then u need tell them nothing, i.e. if u got a personal loan

they could ask for the reg and check it before they bid. then the HPi will show up.

it would be honest, say the money paid will be used to pay the remaining finance or something.

if its vauxhall finance then its HPI. will show up on the car. if it was a personal loan to buy the car outright. then dont tell them.

The loan is with GMAC and was a 0% interest loan i got with the car, so i think its best to mention it on the auction
